Ask The Lemon Tree Coaching Podcast a Question. Text the TLT Pod today.
In this episode, I will be diving deeper into shadow work. Listen to episode # 36 for Shadow Work (Part 1). Episode # 36 is not a prerequisite for this episode, but certainly complements it. I hope you find both episodes valuable.
Kind reminder: positive psychology is the study of human strengths and flourishing, whereas toxic positivity is the belief that people should maintain a positive mindset no matter how bad, sad, or challenging a situation is. Toxic positivity is a red flag.
