In this episode, I will be revisiting Dr. James Pawelski’s teaching on the Red Cape, Green Cape, Reversible Cape, and a Balanced Approach to Life.

I always want make sure I reflect and revisit what I have learned from the greats in positive psychology, especially if I am not incorporating it into my own curriculum at the moment, but want to be reminded of the lessons to apply to my own life as well as share with listeners.

I hope you enjoy this week's episode. See below for a list of resources.

Kind reminder: positive psychology is the study of human strengths and flourishing, whereas toxic positivity is the belief that people should maintain a positive mindset no matter how bad, sad, or challenging a situation is. Toxic positivity is a red flag.
